Meet Megan

Megan Harris is Dovetail’s Business Manager, overseeing many of the day-to-day administrative and financial functions that keep the company running smoothly. From accounting, payroll and benefits to business compliance, office operations and internal support, Megan helps ensure the Dovetail team has the systems and resources they need to serve our clients well.

A born-and-raised Virginian, Megan has a deep appreciation for beautiful design, creativity and, most importantly, helping people reach their full potential.

She graduated from South University in Richmond, Virginia, with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2016. Megan began her career in the pharmacovigilance industry, where she spent approximately eight years before deciding to pursue a new direction in accounting and business operations. She continues to build her expertise in the field and aspires to complete the requirements necessary to earn her CPA license.

As Dovetail’s Business Manager, Megan enjoys combining her business background with her natural desire to support others. Whether she is helping a team member, improving an internal process or keeping the business organized behind the scenes, she brings a thoughtful, dependable and people-centered approach to her work.

Outside of Dovetail, Megan loves spending time with her family, including her new baby boy and her parents. Her faith and music are also an important part of her life. A passionate gospel singer, Megan has recorded two albums and hopes to record a third in the future.

Megan is always eager to help, learn and encourage others as they work toward their goals — and she is proud to be part of the team helping bring Dovetail clients’ dreams to life.
