Meet Mike

Mike is Dovetail’s Logistics Coordinator for Charlottesville, and the backbone of our warehouse and delivery operations. Since joining the team in 2022, he has played a critical role in keeping projects moving smoothly from arrival to safe delivery. Mike oversees inventory management, receiving, warehouse organization, deliveries, and coordination with our delivery partners to ensure every project arrives accurately, safely, and on schedule.

Mike is often the first one in, turning on the lights for everyone — even working unconventional hours to meet incoming trucks and keep projects on track for clients and installers. His attention to detail and commitment behind the scenes help ensure the Dovetail experience runs seamlessly long after the design phase is complete.

Around town, you’ll likely spot him behind the wheel of the Dovetail truck or van making deliveries and supporting job sites across the region.

Outside of work, Mike is a proud father of three, including an adorable toddler, and the owner of two rescue dogs. He’s a dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan, enjoys spending time outdoors fishing whenever he can.
